Liquid Silver (Foil like Effect) UV Screen Printing Inks
Liquid Silver is a revolutionary, highly reflective metallic ink that is gaining popularity among designers for creating a visually stunning effect to differentiate the print from other items. Inks are designed to give optimal metallic brilliance and are best suited for graphics with line art or lettering since it is basically a one-color print. Cost effective foil replacement effects can be achieved on folding letterheads, brochures, wedding stationery, cartons, flexible packaging for film & paper, gift wrap, corrugated board, labels, wallpaper, tissue, magazines etc.
Substrates: In general, metallic ink keeps its shine better on coated stock than uncoated, but metallic ink also stands out well on a dark uncoated stock.
Printing Inks: Silver foil like effect screen printing ink.
Effect Creation / Print Sequence: Print silver first and overprint with gloss varnish for protection.
Cloth & Mesh: Polyester cloth of mesh 140.
Angle of Squeeze & Shore Hardness: Normal with shore hardness of 75.
Flood bar: Normal.
Further Processing: A coat of gloss varnish may be required to protect the image.

Shelf Life: 12 months from the date of manufacturing.
Storage: Store at moderate temperatures in a dry, well ventilated area and away from direct sunlight.
Pre-cautions : Use of gloves and eye wear is recommended.
Important Note : Strictly for over printing only. Cannot be overprinted.
